IQ Realty is Beyond Incompetent—They Are Dangerous and Negligent I have experience in rental properties, and I would never, in a million years, treat tenants the way IQ Realty treated us. I had an incredibly bad experience with this lending company after moving out of my apartment. Shortly after leaving, I was shocked after they charged for repair damaged asphalt in the which they claimed was my responsibility but I have photos proving that the damage was actually caused by a construction truck that belonged to the owner of the complex because he was doing construction work next to my apartment.
