I had a CT scan there a week ago – the report has not yet been sent to my doctor in spite of three inquiries. My condition is getting more painful but we can't do anything until they send the report to my doctor. I was assured emphatically on the day that it would be there by the time my Doctors appointment was due several days ago otherwise I would have not wasted time and the doctors time by going. Told me they would do a preapproval for Medicare and would call me if it wasn't approved. No call in over a week and waited for me to show to my appointment to tell me I wasn't approved and would need to pay an extra $250!! Pathetic business model.
Excellent customer care and support . Being a health care professional myself and going through so many different imaging organisations I found IQ Radiology at Deception Bay to be the best out of all other health providers in context to ultrasound and other imaging services.
