I did SMILE surgery with Dr. Phan last year, and it was an overall great experience. I was a bit anxious, but Dr. Phan’s approach immediately put me at ease. Terrible Experience with the guy named Patrick. He strongly pushed for a $200 deposit after I clearly stated I needed more time to consider. He said things like "yes I understand" but then brought me to the card machine. It felt less like a consultation and more like an interrogation, with my clear hesitation completely ignored. And they never responded my message after my visit. This lack of responsiveness and aggressive sales tactic made for a very negative interaction.

I was initially hesitant because the office was quite a drive away for me but their standard of care and professionalism was far above anywhere else. They have it down. Every one that works there seems to happy. I also appreciate that they accommodated my schedule and the long drive by still seeing me if I was early or late to the appointment. Just do it!
