Predatory financial practices at the billing desk. Proceed with extreme caution. I am leaving a 1-star review strictly due to the deceptive financing tactics used by the front desk staff. My mother came to this clinic for eye surgery, and the staff took it upon themselves to sign my parents up for an $11,000 medical credit card (Alphaeon / Comenity Bank) without properly explaining the actual terms. My parents have limited English proficiency, and the clinic staff took full advantage of that language barrier. They pushed the... read more

I am deeply disappointed with the results of my eye surgery (multifocal). For nine months now, I have struggled with the inability to see at night; I cannot drive after dark, and daylight bothers me immensely. Similarly, when I am in large stores—such as Costco or other markets where the lighting is intensely fluorescent—it causes me horrible discomfort.
