My mother came to this clinic for eye surgery, and the staff took it upon themselves to sign my parents up for an $11,000 medical credit card (Alphaeon / Comenity Bank) without properly explaining the actual terms. I am deeply disappointed with the results of my eye surgery (multifocal). For nine months now, I have struggled with the inability to see at night; I cannot drive after dark, and daylight bothers me immensely. Similarly, when I am in large stores—such as Costco or other markets where the lighting is intensely fluorescent—it causes me horrible discomfort.
