These people are amazing. I’ve had service with them for a year now and today my connection failed. So I got online on my phone data to see if there was an outage in my area. While I was looking I got a call from them saying they saw my service was out and walked through rebooting the router and I was back online in minutes. THEY KNEW MY SERVICE WENT OUT AND CALLED ME TO GET IT FIXED. I never called them or anything.

Do not sign up for IQ. They came into our neighborhood, broke our water supply twice and the existing competition internet lines once (co-incidence?!). They dug a hole right next to my existing internet box and my water valve. And messed up my new paver driveway. Gushing water, damaged box. Do not let them anywhere near your property. One star rating is too high.

Just had enough of their poor service and slow speeds. Paying for 500 MBPS getting 190-200 MBPS. Online chat is ridiculous, what type of device are you performing the speed test on? How far away from the gateway are you? Yes, they can impact in but not enough to cut the speed by more than 50%. Used to like the company, cannot stand dealing with them now.

Right from the Sales with Adam Poulin who was very informative and put me at ease with the whole process. Ross who installed the fiber cable was very easy to work with and did a great job. The fiber installation technician Daniel Folsom was tremendous at the care of install, setting up the equipment, making sure I was pleased with results and cleaning up behind himself. Great job Guys I could not be more pleased Thank you!

This company is not delivering on what they advertise-local caring customer service, stress free service. Nothing about my experience resembles this marketing messaging . The sales person, Doug Reid, scheduled my installation on a day that wasn’t correctly booked in the company’s system, which caused an avalanche of delays activating the service. They installed the fiber in my neighborhood and of course they cut my Xfinity cable. I work from home and went outside to ask if they cut it, they flat out and lied to me and said no. I called xfinity Nd they came out and showed me my line they cut and said they have a routine to do this to get customers. I told the manager who said he would have a talk to them. Sounds from the look from other reviews this is routine from them. I would never get a company like this.

IQ Fiber installed their network in our neighborhood about 4 months ago. we hooked into IQ about the same time. we have had nothing but problems with the service. we keep loosing internet constantly. TV consistently buffers. After 5 visits from IQ techs, it is worse than ever. I never though i would say that i miss Comcast.
