Can’t buy a car wash card, can’t use my debit or credit card, do you all even want money? This place used to be awesome but forget it!
Went thru the brushless side. Didn't get out to look at the results. Dropped my vehicle off at a scheduled appointment. Saw how filthy. The technician said he would take care of cleaning it again. He shouldn't have had to. Went back to IQ to talk to management. I had pictures. She wouldn't give me a refund or any solution to what happened other than going online. I did call corporate. Left message. No return phone call. I just got the $14. special. Glad I didn't get the $24. Lesson learned. Buyer beware!!!
