Patty was exceptional. She knew to professionally hold off questions. She kept everyone engaged with common sense examples that were easy to follow ( loved the round numbers, haha). Most important she made a ton do of agents feel like she IS part of our collaborative team with mutual clients. I was happy to refresh and learn that most"rules" remain the same. I have been suggesting 1031 to clients and have one client that is a multi millionaire now with using the program. Love when it all works . Thanks !
