Drove around 30 minutes to reach their store, found the part we've been looking for. Requested for their service to pull the part out from the car, filled up the form, and pre-paid 30CAD as service charge. They saod it'd take a few days for them to pull the part out and we'll be notified once it's done. My husband asked if there’s any chance someone else would come and just pull it by themselves? The staff are very respectful.
Very disappointed. Explored on 2 different occasions uneventfully. The last time, I took 14 car hits off of their website and found every car i saw was picked clean of parts, truthfully they should have all been sent to the crusher long ago. Giving these guys 2 stars only for the fact the website was easy to use and the staff were friendly.
