Need to improve customer service
i won in the game and got discount. cheap but quality parts.
I tell you, they have online on the computer shows 7 of the vehicle you go there and they say, oh, we got the part and there's no part there, but supposed to have 7 of the vehicles, they're going to get there, they go oh, we have one. And then they, oh, again, said, no. It's been parted out They lie to get you to come in to put two bucks into their bank account , man
Texted through website for what engine or trans was in vehicle in yard and got replied that "a simple Google search would answer my question" when in fact vehicles come in different trims with different engine sizes and transmissions in them. Tried to call them on the phone to ask an employee and got told they do not have any info on the vehicles in the yard and I would have to look my self. I live outside of the city and am not wasting my time driving 2 hours to see if the vehicle is correct or not, so I asked if one of the... read more
