I’ve had such a great experience with IPT Academy! Since starting, I’ve lost weight, started eating healthier, and have noticed a big improvement in my energy levels. The coaches are very supportive, motivating, and truly care about helping you reach your goals. If you’re looking for a personal trainer for weight loss or a weight loss coach near me, I definitely recommend IPT Academy! The one-on-one personal training has really helped keep me accountable and consistent.
Started with this weight loss program gym back in October 2025. The location was near my home and after review it had an affordable personal trainer program compared to other programs near me. I had never had a personal private trainer nor had I ever scheduled early morning work out sessions for myself.
