Shit customer service. I visited in person 3 week ago for booking. After 3 week when time to dropped off that same front desk lady said we don’t have any booking for you and walk away. Waste 2 hours this morning
I had a terrible experience at Volkswagen Ipswich. I booked my car in for a service and requested a wheel alignment; my wheels were also rotated. After the first attempt, the wheel alignment was noticeably worse than when I brought the car in. My partner returned immediately to the service centre to raise this issue.
