Shit customer service. I visited in person 3 week ago for booking. After 3 week when time to dropped off that same front desk lady said we don’t have any booking for you and walk away. Waste 2 hours this morning
I had a terrible experience at Volkswagen Ipswich. I booked my car in for a service and requested a wheel alignment; my wheels were also rotated. After the first attempt, the wheel alignment was noticeably worse than when I brought the car in. My partner returned immediately to the service centre to raise this issue. Jason & Ed went to great lengths to make sure my needs were met. From the moment we test drove the car to driving the car off the lot the experience was smooth and pleasant. They even got the car ready with just a couple days notice right before Xmas. Can easily recommend VW Ipswich.
