Very disappointed in the service and customer care at VW Ipswich. Booked an express 60-minute basic service, yet my car was there for over 3.5 hours. The service advisor had no clue what he was talking about, insisting urgent work was needed, only to discover he’d been quoting the wrong service schedule entirely and in direct contrast to what the mechanic had written/quoted on the paperwork. I have now owned 3 Volkswagen group cars. A Jetta, a Skoda Karoq, and as of 3 days ago, a second hand Golf 7.5 92TSI I would have been interested in a brand new Tiguan, likely an R-Line. Or an R-Line Golf. But at a "6 months, maybe more, can't really tell you" and "you could order one, and Volkswagen could cancel your order, as they have been doing that lately" I wasn't that convinced that Volkswagen is a brand I want to keep buying from, and to be fair, the salesperson didn't seem that motivated to sell me a car, given that... read more

The worst service I have ever experienced in over 45 years of owning vechiles , after purchasing vechile in ipswich ( live on GC) i return for as knock in suspension for warranty and as gesture had service and tyre rotation at same time . On collection they had not addressed suspension as stated by service manager he visually checked but did not notice anything I advised it was a serious knock but reply he had " two many cars with bonnets up " and I would had to rebook dispite this being reason for bringing it in and living ... read more
