Heaven forbid you develop chronic pain after a mole removal. I endured two months of pain at the incision site. Finally I returned to the clinic, received a radiology referral, and awaited results... Two weeks later I called to ask when I will hear back - they confirmed I have had the results for two weeks. Apparently I missed a phone call. Highly recommended. They were fast, efficient & professional. I had a morning appointment to check a large growth on my arm and they were able to remove it same day. I don't like going to doctors but Dr Jack Lai and the clinic staff made me feel very comfortable. The positive experience has made me more willing to seek treatment without delay.
Brought my elderly mum for a skin check here. Reception staff (Lee Anne, if i recall correctly) went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating and my mum was very happy with the care and thoroughness of the doctor.
Went in for a full body check including a cyst on my scalp that started hitchhiking a few years ago. I was advised that I didn't have any issues to worry about but I felt very uncomfortable with my new friend living rent free on the top of my head so I asked to have him evicted. One week later and the surgery was for the most part pain free, within the scheduled half an hour but a tad more complicated than originally planned. Dr Lai was fantastic!
