Went in, waited half an hour just to be told that they could not see me that day and booked appointment for the morning at opening time. I show up in the morning and was ignored for 20 minutes while the staff had casual conversations with each other. When they finally acknowledged my presence they told me that I would have to rebook again as I was late. Firstly they send you a text “your results are back need discussion” when my results were negative... they had other people Complain about this and didn’t change it, I had to escalate the issue for it to be resolved... now I have a booking at 8 am first person here for a vaccine, and I’m still waiting 15 minutes later .... what a complete joke, if you get a job here it’s easy money because you do nothing ...
The staff, nurses and doctors always treat me very good. Also, it is very clean and you feel welcome regardless your background, etc. I recommend the place!
