The team at Ipswich Pool & Spa Centre are incredible! Each time I have gone in store they have been really helpful and knowledgeable - they knew exactly what I needed and were able to clearly explain everything to me so I knew exactly how to use everything! They also arranged home maintenance and have been wonderful to work with - the guys who come out are always friendly and professional and were able to help us identify and fix problems before they became severe and now our pool has never been better!
Staff knew their stuff and their pricing was super sharp. Strongly recommend the team at Ipswich Pool & Spa.
The guys at the pool shop have been nothing but welcoming, kind, professional and extremely helpful throughout my time living out in Ipswich the last 4 years. They took care of my pool no questions asked and went above and beyond for me when I was away and couldn't get anyone else to help. Highly recommend! 10/10 service :)
First time pool owner walked in and was friendly greeted the gentleman was so helpful and accommodating unlike the pool shop I walked into before that - locally. Great local service
