The human staff I spoke to today get 10/10!! Unfortunately I first had to put up with John, the horribly American AI that answers the phone. Based on my experience with John, I would not recommend anyone call this company. I saw a 4 star review where someone got fabulous service two years ago over the phone. PLEASE go back to that, guys! Will review again after my car is finished, but PLEASE GET RID OF AI JOHN!!!
