Rude from the getgo. I walked in and was instantly attacked and made to feel unwelcome. Very poor customer service with a hostile attitude. Just walked out as I wasn't interested in the negativity from the owner. I had an old Stihl 031, and was told that it was shit, and if he couldn't get it to run in 10 minutes it was going in the bin. Great people skills....NOT
