Convenient and calm. The reception team were bright and friendly even at the end of the day. Easy to complete QR code to be seen with no more than 10 minutes wait time after forms completed. Doctor was efficient. Chemist on site which made getting prescriptions easy.

I do not recommend the Urgent Care Clinic Ipswich. I visited the Urgent Care Clinic on 9 January 2025 with symptoms of; breathing difficulty, laboured breathing, constricted airways, difficulty swallowing, hoarse voice, bad cough that hurt my stomach muscles when I coughed, bad reflux & body aches. I was seen to by a male nurse who triaged me stating I have the flu & it is not necessary for me to see the GP & sent me home for bed rest with no medications or further intervention. No big waiting times you actually get in and out under hour.Great staff clean establishment will be returning for future reference
I/we have found it necessary to visit UCC at Riverlink a few times during the past several months. This service is for issues that you have that a GP wouldn't usually deal with in a normal consultation. We have had excellent care when attended to. Thanks so much UCC team. Errol and Janelle.
