Dr Eddie was so wonderful with our 9yo today. Very grateful for such great care and bed side manner.
Fantastic care provided
Doctor was nice enough, a bit silly that a simple procedure like removing an ear wax isn’t done here though. Presented after a week of a blocked ear, losing hearing and trying over the counter remedies with no luck. Progressing to an infection, with headaches and dizziness and got told to go find an audiologist. Yes it’s not a dire emergency but isn’t that the sort of thing this clinic is for?
Visit was reasonably quick - out in under 90 minutes on a Saturday at lunch time, but a long wait considering there was 1 person in the waiting room prior to my arrival. The receptionist and the nurse were not friendly nor warm. Far from home, not used to ever being on the receiving end of healthcare, and didn’t feel welcome at all. Felt like I was a nuisance to their day - as if they’ve forgotten they are there in their role to help people, yet treat the presenting person like a huge disruption.
