Ipswich Mazda everyone is nice and makes you feel at home. Gary is the best, he was super friendly and patient as it was my first time buying a brand new car and I was so nervous. Picked up my car and the manager came out to have a chat, Richard was great to talk and friendly 4 days after picking up the car Gary gave me a curiosity call to see how I’m going with the car and if I had any questions. Which was great! Excellent service!
I am very disappointed with my experience this morning at Mazda. I was booked to bring my car in as the battery wasn’t working however when I tried to jump start my car to bring it in the battery wouldn’t even jump start. So I brought the battery into Mazda to get swapped over so I can go put it in my car to bring in, however when I got there I got told that the battery isn’t one that Mazda sell which had everyone confused because I got my battery last changed there and it still falls under warranty.
