I suggest conducting further customer service training with your service consultant Ella, claimed to have been trying to reach me in regards to two service inquires that I had made the week prior. Great experience
The receptionist staff here are always so unhelpful and blunt on the phone. I call to try organise for my car to be looked at because the handbrake isn’t working (a safety issue) and they can’t get you in for a month…. Same has happened to me before. The 7 year warranty would be great if you could actually get things resolved in a timely manner or at the very least the receptionist could sound like she cares about her job at all
This was my first time here and they sorted out my car within a day ! Dakota was amazing , her communication skills was top tier! Such a lovely person. Will definitely be back ☺️
