Good when it is for a service and very poor dealing when it is for a diagnostic as they don’t get paid or unsure why so much delay, call them and you get a spot after a couple of months but service in two weeks😂

I took my car to Kia Bundamba for a replacement windscreen on my brand new car under warranty claim after the service department from where I brought it from refused to put it forward to Kia Australia despite there being an OBVIOUS fault with the windscreen manufacturing. Mia and Peter were a delight to work with to resolve my issue. Communication was great. I found the whole service team to be welcoming. Will be my go to place for my servicing and ongoing car needs as well as recommend to family and friends.

This time I have to give negative reviews, 1. Didn’t recommend to change my car wipers normally they do always. 2. Service due warning still displays, as service has done on Friday. Looks like standards are going down. Normally they are good in point to point inspections.

I attended Ipswich Kia (Bundamba) for my annual service on 30 March 2026 and was disappointed with both the service advice and customer experience. In 2025, I was told I needed four new tyres. A second opinion confirmed I still had around 10,000 km of tread remaining. At my recent service, I was then advised I needed a wheel alignment, despite having one completed less than two weeks earlier. A follow-up check confirmed no issues.
