I had my vehicle serviced here a year ago, and I felt the service and overall experience were very good. However, this time the experience wasn’t very satisfactory. When I opened the car door, I found a red cleaning cloth left inside. In addition, after I drove home, I noticed a large black oil stain on the center armrest. The vehicle was also not cleaned. I probably won’t be coming back next time. The experience was very disappointing.
I’ve had several dealings with KIA Service Ipswich recently, and each time I’ve been assisted by Dakota. I can honestly say she has been nothing but professional, understanding, and genuinely friendly. Dakota is upfront, easy to talk to, and absolutely lovely to deal with. Extremely disappointing service . Took my Kia for its major service and had my car returned to me covered in bird crap. When lady handed me back the keys she removed braches from the bonnet and said ah oops looks like its been parked under a tree I responded with you think its covered in bird crap. I was advised not cleaning cars at the moment due to some washbay upgrade, but still happy to charge full price. Was always a nice touch in the past to have the car returned clean. Will never return to this place again. Terrible customer service and communication is shocking!! Booked the car in for a 90k service + to fix a locked out seat belt and the hydraulics on an auto closing boot (as we’re selling it). Due to how long it would take they said block the entire day and everything would be good and sorted (when dropping the car off we showed them where the boot was getting stuck and the seat belt and they said yep all good will sort). 48 hours later we got a message saying the car was ready. I suggest conducting further customer service training with your service consultant Ella, claimed to have been trying to reach me in regards to two service inquires that I had made the week prior.
