I was afraid to need to go to this hospital because of all the negative reviews I read about people’s experiences going to this hospital. However yesterday we had no choice but to go to this hospital as it was the closest. Now that I’ve actually been to the Ipswich hospital I know that the staff are very professional and they help you as much and as promptly as they possibly can. I would avoid at all costs if you can, if you can make it to the qe2 or pa etc. the staff seem to have no idea what is going on minute by minute and to be honest a massive lack of duty of care. I’m fully aware that our medical system in Australia is suffering due to federal governments but our experience with the staff themselves was horrific
Absolutely shocking! Been here 3 times in the last 6 months and the support and help of the ED is absolutely atrocious! Only here as it’s the closest to our house! But the most shocking hospital
Friendly staff and really helpful. Needs improvements on service and waiting times though 😉
