7.5 hours of waiting to essentially be assaulted by a doctor during examination who clearly did not believe the level of pain I was in and so pushed so hard I screamed and though apologetic after that went for ct and dumped back out in waiting area without painkillers. Tried asking at front desk and nurse triage station for update on meds to be told to try and find some blonde lady, no name given. I had an amazing experience at this emergency department. Triage is done almost instantaneously as you walk in and a more in depth assessment is done very quickly after. The first visit I had I went from walking in to being admitted to the ward within less than 15 minutes I would say (though it was for a pretty serious reason). The second time did take a bit longer as it was pretty quickly diagnosed as non-urgent but they gave me pain killers very quickly to help ease the pain. Would give 0 if I could!! The wait times are unbelievable 1 child being seen every hour is not on.
