If I could give a 0 star review I would!! Absolutely horrible, rude incompetent staff in the emergency department that were on between the times of 1:00am to 5:00am on the 11/08/25. Disgusting unhygienic environment to be waiting in and what kind of hospital runs out of beds. 100% DO NOT recommend!!

Worst experience for my patient, longest wait times for a person who has had recently both legs amputation surgery. No wound dressings from nurses there, carers do the nurses job, there is no proper complaint process, so much negligence from staff and doctors equally. Patient did not get food until we asked to give him food. Really bad standards, no rules, policies, procedures, etc. I tried to reach out but websites often fail to work. In short, Ipswich hospital is not a hospital. 0 Star
The emergency team has been amazing for all 3 visits our baby has had. Each time we have felt supported and safe, and like the team has everything under control. The drs and nurses take the time to comfort her and explain things to us, as well as encouraging us to be close to her and comfort her. Their quick actions have saved her life 3 times now and we couldn't be more grateful.
