Always incredibly lovely to me and make sure that I am happy with everything after every step. Make sure that they get the design right and are very attentive and happy to make changes if I am unhappy.

Such a bad experience I don’t want to put it as 1, nails crooked, paint not done well, didn’t push back cuticles, such rude staff, and so overpriced for what I got. Shouldn’t have cost $70. They also cut my nails super short before putting the tips on, wtaf
If I could give zero I would! I had a young boy do my pedicure after soaking my feet he pulled them out to take off previous gel polish that's where it went bad . He proceeded to use cuticle nippers to cut the gel polish off my toe nails which was strange to me but then it started to hurt! I didn't say anything at first but it got worse the more he did so I said that hurts he looked me rolled his eyes and kept going!
