I would like to raise a concern about my recent appointment. Your clinic accepted my booking for a medical certificate consultation through HotDoc, but the doctor told me she cannot provide this service without an in-person visit. If this service is not available via telehealth, it should not be listed or accepted on HotDoc. I only booked because it was shown as available. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. I came in needing medical help and a certificate for legitimate reasons, but the doctor refused to provide any services and denied my request without proper explanation. What made things worse was the lack of professionalism. In the middle of our consultation, the doctor suddenly shushed me and answered a personal phone call without any warning or apology —leaving me sitting there awkwardly.
