Took my truck to Ipswich Diesel Services on the 11/4/26 as my brakes failed due to a failed brake pedal valve. I also advised them to install an air dryer kit which I supplied. They charged me nearly 13 hours labour to install the brake pedal valve assembly and do the air dryer rebuild kit. Three weeks later, the air dryer started leaking again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ Huge thanks to Ipswich Diesel Service for fixing my Land Cruiser and now I’m cruisin. The customer service from V at the front desk was outstanding, super friendly and helpful from start to finish. All the mechanics are approachable, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. They always go above and beyond and do what they do best. Highly recommend these guys for anyone needing quality diesel work! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Very disappointed with the service overall. Despite repeated visits and spending around AUD 1000 as a student, the actual issue with my Volkswagen Jetta was never properly fixed. I was initially told the problem was related to the crank angle sensor, which they replaced, but the car continued stopping suddenly in the middle of highways and in very critical situations, which was extremely unsafe.
