I dropped my truck off on Monday for a diagnostic, and they had everything fixed by Tuesday! They even cleaned the truck and made it look better than when I bought it. The communication was super easy, and they were very friendly and approachable throughout the process. I really appreciated how quickly they got the job done and kept me in the loop. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Overall, a five-star experience!
I moved to Springfield Lakes in March 2024 and have a 2016 VW Jetta. After its major service and radiator change in March, the oil service and inspection light came on. I recently had an issue with my car starting, and I called Ipswich Diesel Services to see if they had any availability to fit my car in for diagnosis and repair. They were VERY accommodating and helpful with the process. Long story short, they found the problem and explained it so I could understand and even when something went wrong with incorrect parts (Not due to them), they did not charge me any extra labour and went above and beyond to help me. They were also very clear in communication.
Absolutely amazing services with great customer service experience. It's a 100% job done place. Highly recommended.
