Inherited my Dads 08 Hilux with custom tray body. Took it in to Aaron as the alternator bearings were shot. I Didn't have time to swap it out myself. On went a 130amp unit and he also re-mapped the ECU for a bit more poke. Did a trip to the Fraser Coast with 400kgs of ride on mower and gear on the tray 👍👍👍👍👍. Noticed a big difference already. 5 star service.
Took my car there two weeks ago, PAID for an oil leak inspection. Was told that a quote will be emailed me to to fix the problem, no quote was received. I have called them 5 times now over the past 2 weeks and given the same answer every single time of “we are short staffed and will have a quote to you by the end of the day”. Contacted them again 3 days ago and was told my details will be passed on to a manager and someone will reach out to me. No one called. Horrible service
Aaron and the boys are the best! I happily travel over 40km and drive past multiple workshops just to go to Ipswich Diesel Services. They’re honest, reliable, well priced and are always up for a laugh. Initially I went there with injector issues which they resolved in no time, I’ve since had my Ute back in for a full ecu remap and had finally had the regular DPF issues I was having sorted also. I highly recommend Aaron and the Ipswich Diesel Services team!
I dropped my truck off on Monday for a diagnostic, and they had everything fixed by Tuesday! They even cleaned the truck and made it look better than when I bought it. The communication was super easy, and they were very friendly and approachable throughout the process. I really appreciated how quickly they got the job done and kept me in the loop. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Overall, a five-star experience!
