when i got my car back from getting a new box installed the tail shift was hanging with only one nut only by a tread and missing another nut also having problems with my car starting in park

We have been forced lodged a formal complaint against Ipswich Automatic Transmission Repairs due to their unreasonable delay in repairing our Nissan X-Trail. They have had our vehicle since November 2024, it is now March 2025, yet no progress has been made. Despite having our insurance details (which covers the repair costs), we have only received excuses about unavailable or expensive transmissions.
