Submitted my Covid test sample on 8/5 at 9am. Had my results same day by 4:45pm. Definitely one of the quickest turnaround times in Atlanta for a PCR test. If you need a last minute Covid test, this is the place to go!!
Got tested on February 9, was told would have results by Thursday Feb 11, it’s February 14 and still no results and no answer where sample is.
I got tested yesterday and I emailed them today. Toni was very patient answering my questions. That is great customer service for someone who is very busy and yet finds the time to be courteous and responsive to people. I am glad we are not treated just a number from this company .
