Communication is sorely lacking with this company. I was referred to them from my chiro and now wonder if it was the right choice. Ended treatment end of march and to date (mid-end sept)I have had to call them for info on my case multiple times, which btw I get the same bulk standard answer of "its still in negotiations" No other details just that. 6 months and not one single call from THEM!! I was promised a call from the paralegal and here I am over a week later still waiting!
