If I could give zero or minus stars I would. The WORST AGENT we have ever worked with. The WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever had with a company as a whole. The owner of the brokerage could not even be bothered to call our family back when we had an issue to discuss. Our agent was rude, did very little work, and when he did, he worked for the BUYER. NOT us. I will tell Everyone I meet to NOT EVER use this company! As will my family and friends. Extremely shady company, and sickened by our experience.

Our Realtor, Sophie Sehgal, in London is amazing! She went above and beyond for us when we were looking for a properth. Sophie was able to assess our needs and make sure we purchased a house that would work for us. She truly cares and works hard to ensure her clients are happy with their home. If I could give negative stars I would. This was the WORST experience we've ever had with a real estate agent. Our agent did very little work, did not seem to care at all about their client and did not stand up for their client at all when it mattered. This experience was so bad we'll never use a realtor again when it comes to selling a house. Avoid avoid avoid this company.
