Phil Mooney (Hoffman) is a fraud and con artist. He portrays what he does is on the up and up, and he will show you on every napkin in the world, aswell as texting you 8 million times, to tell you how he is saving you SO MUCH MONEY! However, he and his son Gucci work are what is cheap. They will cut EVERY corner. Their workmanship is sloppy at Best and Criminal at worst. Phil Mooney(Hopskins)? with IPro is a fraud. He is unlicensed, and won't pull permits despite his contract says that he would. His work is garbage, his ethics are garbage, and he is a garbage human. He will shuck and jive in your face, give you discounts, be your bff, bring your mail to you, and text you 1 million times trying make you feel like youre getting a deal!!!
