I genuinely wish I can give more than 5 stars on this review. I had a nostril piercing done at a different place by a different piercer, and ended up developing a nasty bump from swapping too early to a nose ring because the other piercer said it was okay. A bit of a late review, but I was so excited when I saw this rare Pupil Hall piece at Paul's store, what a lucky find! Paul went above and beyond to help me get it, even holding it for me until I could arrange shipping to my U.S. P.O. box. The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, and the jewelry is exactly what I hoped for. Highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for something special and excellent customer service — greetings from Canada!
By far, the BEST experience I have ever had when getting a piercing!!! Paul is amazing and a true professional. He was patient, understanding, and caring. He made sure I was okay through the entire process and explained every step. The whole shop is extremely clean and his work area was pristine. He took his time making sure the markings were perfect and it's evident he truly cares about his work and his clients. I will definitely be back for my next ear piercing!!!
