This is now one of my favorite Italian restaurants. The first time we visited was on a Monday. We arrived before they opened since we weren’t planning to eat here and they invited us in to wait so we could get out of the heat. The manager was super friendly and welcoming. Unbeknownst to us, Monday was their pizza special day and we took advantage of that offer. They started us off with very fresh garlic rolls and they were absolutely delicious. Great Italian food in Woodstock. We dined in for Sunday lunch and it was amazing.
Wonderful meal. Great service. It was loud and crowded with a long wait for a table, but the bar was attentive.
I love a place with history and charming character which is what you get with the Woodstock Ipp’s location. The Kemp-Durham House, built in the 1890s, is a recognized downtown historic site currently housing Ipp's Pastaria & Bar. The bartender was extremely helpful fulfilling special requests of our favorite chicken or salmon franchese, which is not on their menu but is on the Ippolitos menu.
