Great sub sandwiches.
I’ve been living on IRB for the past year and today wanted a traditional deli sub. Finally got to Ippolito’s and they did not disappoint! Plus they have so much more. I’ll be back soon.
Very disappointing experience and horrible customer service. We came in for chicken cutlet subs and were never asked if we wanted them hot or cold. When we opened the boxes right there in the deli, we realized the sandwiches were completely cold and not toasted. We asked if they could simply toast them. An older gentleman was about to help us when another man, who seemed to be the owner or manager, stopped him and refused because of “cross contamination,” even though we had just opened the boxes in front of them and hadn’t ... read more
I only picked up pre-prepared food and subs for a business event. The subs were nothing special but the prepared food was great.
