I don't ever write reviews but need to this time. my husband was in big trouble because no jewelry was given to me for our anniversary. danielle was quick to help my husband with picking new pieces and went above and beyond with her customer service. found out she is the manager of it. very well deserved and will shop again. stunning pieces in person and we will be shopping this jewelry for years to come. Gorgeous Jewelry. Excellent customer service. One of a kind jewelry. Each piece is a work of art. Just wished they re-open their store again at the Sawgrass Mall in Broward.
I stopped by the Ippolita store this past summer and… WOW – the store is beautiful. The jewelry is even more spectacular in-person. I was given incredible personalized help in choosing a pair of earrings for an upcoming wedding. Sarah had a great eye for what would best compliment the dress. She was also very patient with my indecision, and I felt no pressure to purchase. I actually left without buying anything, but she’d helped me make a short list of items to consider. Terrible customer service. They were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Extremely unwelcoming. It’s a shame because I love the brand.
Excellent service. Had a very enjoyable tour of the beautiful arts by Sarah. People are warm and welcoming. Overall time well spent.
