Sam and the staff at Ippin Ramen in Baxter, MN repeatedly serve up some of the best sushi, sashimi, ramen, boba tea, and saki north of the Twin Cities! One of my favorite places to stop as everyone is super kind and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you’re coming through Brainerd/ Baxter be sure to stop and grab a bite to eat. There’s something for everyone!
Sushi was great! The staff is extremely courteous and helpful! 10 stars.
This is an exceptional place. If you haven't had GREAT SUSHI in a while this place needs to be on your bucket list. Great value. Hand rolled when ordered, fresh not frozen ingredients if you pass this spot, you missed out. Closed on Tuesadays.
