No way to log in to a portal to check my Mom's medication medication
I want to flag an interaction with one of your delivery drivers during a medication drop-off. He knocked twice and rang the doorbell twice. I was in the middle of helping a client who was just getting dropped off from their day program, so it took me less than one minute to get to the door. I work for a doctor's office and pressed the option for provider. I am repeatedly told to press * to leave a message or I can hold then it beeps for me to leave a message. I call back and am on hold for ever. It is now 5:00 pm eastern and I've been on hold this time for over an hour and still holding as I type this. This is extremely unprofessional in general but especially when calling from a doctor's office responding to a fax request that they sent about a prescription!!
