I work for a doctor's office and pressed the option for provider. I am repeatedly told to press * to leave a message or I can hold then it beeps for me to leave a message. I call back and am on hold for ever. It is now 5:00 pm eastern and I've been on hold this time for over an hour and still holding as I type this. This is extremely unprofessional in general but especially when calling from a doctor's office responding to a fax request that they sent about a prescription!!
They hung up on me two minutes before they close, at 3:58pm, when I called to pay a bill. I called back and they transferred me for over 8 minutes on hold and hung up on me again. I called back and they continued to hang up on me. Horrible customer service!
This company is a rip-off, plain and simple! You or loved one should go to Walgreens for Meds!
