Our power went out in a storm on a Saturday night. Shortly after, our generator failed. My wife had me call iPower even though I was convinced I wouldn't get a response until Monday. She was right - I got a call right back from them and they walked me thru resetting the generator (apparently I shouldn't run all my A/C while on the generator). Their service was fantastic, especially considering it was a Saturday night. Highly recommended!!!
I called iPower Generator to service my Generac 20k home generator and the experience was exceptional. From the initial call to the prompt service I found the staff to be highly professional and pleasant to deal with. They had an opportunity to take advantage of my situation but didn’t as they made smart decisions about my repair and treated me with the utmost in professionalism. I highly recommend this company.
