Giovanni was pleasant and explained all the issues completely. He made it easy to understand the situation. Also, Sydney handle our service request efficiently and followed up with information regarding our appointment.
iPower Generators first visit today and could not be happier! From initial contact w/competent, articulate Sydney in Service to knowledgeable, highly-skilled tech Aaron, iPowers work is outstanding!
Great service from Aaron R
Prompt and courteous service over the phone and when the technician Giovanni arrived, he explained the service and itemized everything. He kept me informed of his progress along the way so there were no surprises. Invoice confirmed all that he explained needed to be done to keep our generator running efficiently. Charges were reasonable. Highly satisfied and would highly recommend I Power Generators. We plan on using them to service our generator in the future.
Giovanni was great. He serviced my generator and explained exactly what was needed. I will definitely be calling them again for my next surface appointment.
