Most impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty (they told me they were NOT going to be the lowest price) and communication throughout the entire process. Oops, I almost forgot...the windows are awesome!
This is my favorite windows and home improvement company. I had an emergency roof leak, called IPO and with in 48 hours I had a new roof. The office staff and onsite workers had great customer service, prompt, cleaned up their work space and had everything they needed to complete the job that day! They also painted after completion of my roof.
IPO Windows and Home changed the way my family looks at home improvement companies. We needed our basement finished, but budgeted for the project in sections. All other companies refused to take on the job, but IPO did not. They came out, sat down with us and listened. They allowed us to schedule the project based on our finances. GREAT WINDOWS AND GREAT FOLLOW UP WHEN ONE HAD A LEAK.
I can't believe how simple and painless the process was. From the online quote to the day of install, there was absolute no pressure salesman to deal with and the windows are more than I could've thought I could get for me budget. I will be using them to replace my doors when the time comes.
