I want to start by saying Jason was a good dude so I thought. He came to my house to consult with me on March 27, 2025 I decided to have him start the process and signed up for the yearly contract. He tossed some poison in the attic space, and put 4 bait boxes around house and garage. I was told by Jason that I didn't owe anything that he billed out 30 days so my first bill was due April 26th which I paid, then April to May paid May 26th. Quick response and job completed!
Had a yellowjacket problem; emailed Jason and he responded the same day (on a Sunday.) Came over Monday morning and took care of the nest! Even took care of a second one we didn't know about. Would recommend to everyone! Super nice and thorough. 10 out of 10
IPM does excellent work great family owned business. He was our guy for a 2 yrs. Due to unforseen issues we don't have pest control now but definitely hope to again in the future.
