Fantastic service! Last night, we developed a leak in the underfloor heating in our new house in Dorset. I called a couple of local plumbers and got no answers. 3rd time lucky... I called Based Plumbing & Heating and he informed me they had relocated from Dorset to Devon, but very kindly offered to help me get the problem under control via WhatsApp photos/vid. Don't waste your time! Very unprofessional! Didn't even have the decency to reply to my messages! After making out that he'd "tried knocking" on our door To our letting agents (even though he's got our phone numbers, and there was someone in the whole time!) Ended up having to get a proper tradesman in to sort it!
Cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely reliable and trustworthy plumber. We had a urgent emergency leak on his first visit on one occasion and he was here within an hour. A new cylinder and split coil needed. So happy we found him. Ensures his work is high quality and very fair and reasonable price.
Dan installed a Slipper, Free standing, bath in our master bedroom, a slightly unusual job but Dan jumped at the chance of doing a "One off"... From start to finish his enthusiasm shone through, if a problem arose Dan had an answer for it.. everything was done to a very high standard, and the end result is spectacular to say the least. Dan also repaired and serviced our boiler, and replaced all the outside cast iron soil pipes with PVC tubes.
