I found Lowell to be very kind, courteous, responsive, and helpful concerning the issues I had with my device.
Brought in an older Samsung that took a fall. Lowell gave me the link to find it online and bring him a new one. Took care of getting the internals of the old phone transferred to the new one. Good dude! Only took a couple days to get everything done. 100% recommend!
Lowell was great to work with. So friendly and cares about helping. He replaced my cracked lens cover. Forgot to tell him that I had a "PRO" so he had to reorder the part, no problem. I came back two days later and he fixed it in minutes. He works out of his house, so it feels a little odd to talk to him in a garage, but he knows his stuff, is quick and just a nice guy. Thanks!
Had multiple phone screen replaced here. Went to one different service after moving to the other side of town... what a mistake, the phone screen was attached improperly and had "dead spots". I drove all the way across Seattle to iPlayPower to have it done right. Very experienced and quick. Also, love to be able to book a time slot directly from the website. 100% recommend.
