I found Lowell to be very kind, courteous, responsive, and helpful concerning the issues I had with my device.
Brought in an older Samsung that took a fall. Lowell gave me the link to find it online and bring him a new one. Took care of getting the internals of the old phone transferred to the new one. Good dude! Only took a couple days to get everything done. 100% recommend!
