We had a terrible experience in Europe with this company. We purchased a kids park and a tag active through their local affiliate PlayMart in 2020 for pur center Seven Squares Saint Etienne. We started to have very important problems for the maintenance of our structures. IplayCo is asking for a 100% downpayment but did not come to maintain the structures for more than a year. The greatest playground company of all time
Such a disappointing experience. I was excited to work with international play to open our new centre but what a mistake I made. After deciding on a design and confirming with a staff member an install date i paid 50% of the deposit. International play went silent, after chasing them for a week they came back with an install date that didn't work for us, it was too late, we were already paying rent on our building.
