Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
For iPhone screen replacement, I’d highly recommend spending an extra $60 and going straight to the Apple store instead. I tried iPlace Repair and their screen really irritated my eyes. Moreover, iPlace’s Repair person was incredulous when I told them that their screen was giving me headaches. As soon as the Apple store replaced the screen iPlace gave me, the irritation immediately went away. Bad customer experience overall.
