They basically broke my phone. I asked to repair the back screen and the started restarting every 5 minutes and the camera quality was terrible. It would stay out of focus for a few seconds before getting back to focus, but that was even if the phone was going to stay on for that long! Had to get a new phone after this experience. 0/10
There in person location doesn’t exist and I am baffled. Are all of the reviews fake? This is NOT inside of the Wrigley building. Security told me that people come in often looking for this place but it’s not there. So I wasted my time and money coming out here this morning. I will be contacting the Wriglgy building about this
BE CAREFUL! Wanted to get my phone charger replaced, the technician Duncan Gilbert broke my phone screen in the process. He fixed my phone screen the next day, but it was terrible quality and now my power button, volume button, ringer, and apple pay doesn’t work. My screen also taps random things, which is super annoying :) I politely messaged him AND emailed him about the situation and he said he’ll check it out tomorrow. This guys did an amazing job with my phone. They replace the back cover and the battery very fast and also clean the speakers really good. Service was quick, friendly and professional, everything done right at my place which is super convenient. I really recommend them if you need phone repair, they work fast and quality is great.
