Excellent attitude and service
I was alone in downtown Chicago with a completely shattered screen and called iPlace Mobile using a stranger’s phone near Lou Malnati’s by the river. Andrew answered then arranged a meeting point after his working hours. He arrived early, fixed everything in maybe 10 minutes, advised me on how to stay safe getting home and gave me his number, then he even gave a discount for my annoying situation. I wish he would have had me pay extra instead. I’m very grateful for his help. Thank you Andrew!
Amazing! I was in Chicago from out of town to go to baseball games with my son. At dinner he dropped my phone, and the screen would not work. Baseball tix on my phone I could no longer access. Andrew met me at my hotel at 11pm!!!! And fixed my phone. I could not be more grateful!

Prices are much higher then others and the part is generic glitches badly
