Rahul called and emailed from this company and he wanted to know my date of birth and wanted me to send a picture of myself when sending back the right to represent form. No thank you. I have been working for over 35 years and I have NEVER had a company ask me for my date of birth or a photo of myself before applying for a job. Here in America, that is illegal and it implies I will or will not be hired based upon my age and how I look. This guy Ansh Mishra DOESNT stop calling and harassing people. He will cold call you all day and even when you ask to be removed from their solicitation list, he doesn't remove you. I have explicitly told him to NOT call me ever again, and he literally called me 3 hours later. I'm definitely reporting Ansh and this company for consistent harassment via solicitation.
