I came by to get my laptop screen fixed. They said it would take two weeks but it took a month. They gave it back to the me and the screen wouldn't turn on. I returned it and they gave it back to me. Shocked the speaker didn't work. I returned it once again and they gave it back to me but now the laptop charges really slow. I charged it at night. It was at 38 percent when I started charging it. STILL ON GOING AS OF 3/7/25 I brought my S23 ultra in because the back came off and the screen broke. i also brought in my S10+ with a terabyte memory, screen wouldn't work. On 12/9/24 I brought in my S23ultra /556g memory almost full and my S10 FULL MEMORY, paid $583 they ordered the new S23ultra repair set.got it 9days later. 4days later the touch screen stoped working. took it back reordered the kit 10days no call. I’m not sure who the guy is in the red shirt , but customer service is horrible. No welcoming conversation , seems like he does not want to be bothered.
