I came by to get my laptop screen fixed. They said it would take two weeks but it took a month. They gave it back to the me and the screen wouldn't turn on. I returned it and they gave it back to me. Shocked the speaker didn't work. I returned it once again and they gave it back to me but now the laptop charges really slow. I charged it at night. It was at 38 percent when I started charging it. STILL ON GOING AS OF 3/7/25 I brought my S23 ultra in because the back came off and the screen broke. i also brought in my S10+ with a terabyte memory, screen wouldn't work. On 12/9/24 I brought in my S23ultra /556g memory almost full and my S10 FULL MEMORY, paid $583 they ordered the new S23ultra repair set.got it 9days later. 4days later the touch screen stoped working. took it back reordered the kit 10days no call.
