They don’t warranty their own generic screens. Had a broken iPhone screen replaced. 3 weeks later they had to replace a defective screen (that they provided within warranty period)and gave me ANOTHER DEFECTIVE screen but wouldn’t warranty it because it was past the original 30 days. Apparently, their business plan includes just giving you defective screens until your original 30 days is up then tell you to buy another one again. Took in my computer for an easy keyboard repair and end up with a broken computer and no refund (Keyboard never fixed either). Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!😡😡😡
I have bought multiple Chargers Here & I stopped in and explained to the guy that my Charging Port is not holding the Charging Cable that it just needs to be blown out like they did one other time for me it takes a minute & he said he could do it but it would cost $25.00 & I said No Thank You & I won’t be back. People just don’t know how to keep Customers anymore they just want the quick buck. SMH

they sold me a "new" iPhone screen that had a broken ribbon cable. when I took it back they said there's nothing they can do. can't give a refund or exchange it. The friend that was trying to install it said it had writing on it and looked used.
Come in for a broken screen and came out with a broken home button on an iPhone. He did replace screen for free. But a broken home button is worse
Battery replacement in iPhone. The service was quick and the phone works great again!
