Been here a couple times now, went to repair my iPhone 14 Pro Max battery they got it in done about an hour. Went with a genuine battery for £90. Excellent service and very polite people. Best place in Halifax

Excellent service as always. Actually had a problem with the new battery they fitted for me (not their fault, I think the battery their supplier sent them wasn’t quite right, and even with the quality components they always use this can still happen very occasionally), but went back and they changed it for me without any quibble. I think that when things don’t quite go right and a company still provides brilliant service that’s the best indicator for how a company really is, and iPhone Doctor were excellent.

Lovely people who are very helpful and supportive. I recently upgraded my iPhone 7 to an iPhone12, however it had problems charging (a motherboard issue not the port) which they fixed no questions then I experienced random shut downs at longish intervals (a week plus between occurrences) sometimes going to pink screen. Rather than waste my time they immediately offered an change up to a iPhone 13 at no extra cost, which is working fine.
