I made an online appointment, received several text and email reminders which I took as a good sign, only to show up and he is nowhere to be found. After calling and texting with no response, I called a 2nd time and he finally picked up to tell me that I should go to the Genius Bar because he can’t fix my battery without also replacing my screen thus it would be cheaper to go to Apple.
