the waiting time is escrutiating and not clear at all, had to go back and forth cuz i kept been told my device was ready, and i went and it happened not to be ready!! this went on for couple of weeks!
If it wasn’t for Nick I probably wouldn’t have my device. I hope he knows how valuable he is. I hope his boss realizes that without him I would have filed a bbb claim. I hope my device works beyond the 30 days but after all the back and forth with the device being taken to a different location for repair then not being available to pick up after being told it was finally ready, well I have little faith. Excellent cell phone repair place! I had my iPhone 13 Pro Max repaired here, screen was completely shattered. It was taken care of promptly and professionally. 10/10 recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to pay Apple’s ridiculous prices.
