On the morning of 17 January 2025, my home's newly installed electric, Central AC/Heating equipment, was State inspected and tested by two, most courteous, clean-cut, respectful "HERS" professional technicians of the iPermit Company. Great experience today with ipermit. They seamlessly switched out techs without needing to reschedule my appointment. John (supervisor) was extremely professional and went above and beyond - in addition to the testing, he changed out my air filter and made sure all the insulation from the attic was cleaned up. He was very friendly, efficient abs respectful of my requests.
The rep was very thorough and answered all my questions.
